Notice on Personal Information Processing for Campus Recruitment (Privacy Policy)
Thank you for applying. To carry out recruitment, we need to process the personal information you submit. This notice explains what we collect, why, how we store and protect it, and what rights you have. Please read it before submitting an application.
1. Who we are
This recruitment involves the group companies listed below (together, “we”). The entity that owns the position you apply for is responsible for processing the personal information tied to that application.

2. What we collect
Information you provide:
- Required: name, school, degree, email address.
- Your resume file (PDF or Word, up to 10 MB) and everything it contains, such as education, projects, internships, skills, awards and contact details.
- Optional: graduation year, major, phone number.
Information generated by the system:
- The position you applied for, submission time, and the website you applied from.
- A record that you read and agreed to this notice.
Security-related information:
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure, our servers may briefly log IP addresses and browser identifiers. These logs are not linked to your resume content.
Please note: do not include sensitive personal information unrelated to your application in your resume, such as ID numbers, religious beliefs, health conditions, marital or family planning status, bank account numbers or detailed family information. If such content is included, we will disregard it during screening, but it may still be stored as part of the file.
3. Why we process it

Our legal basis is the consent you give when submitting your application, and processing that is necessary for recruitment and for entering into an employment contract.
4. Where it is stored
- The information and resume file you submit are stored on the enterprise collaboration platform we use (Feishu), at locations within the People's Republic of China.
- Our web servers do not store your resume file. During upload it passes briefly through server memory and is then transferred to the platform above.
- If you visit one of our overseas sites (mctech.ai, precise-geo.com, phain.si), those sites only display job pages. When you submit an application, your browser sends the data directly to our receiving service in mainland China, and nothing is stored on overseas servers. As a result, your personal information is processed and stored in mainland China. If you are located outside China, submitting an application means your personal information will be transferred to China.
5. Who receives it
- Recruitment teams within the group: to coordinate campus recruitment, your application may be shared among the recruiting teams and hiring departments of the entities listed above, limited to what is necessary to assess and contact you.
- Service providers: Feishu acts as our data storage and collaboration platform and processes data on our instructions; an email service provider delivers acknowledgments and notices.
- Legal requirements: where required by law or by a competent authority.
- We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for marketing unrelated to recruitment.
6. How long we keep it
- After the recruitment cycle ends, applications and resumes of unsuccessful candidates are kept for 12 months to handle possible reviews, follow-up contact and talent pool use, then deleted or anonymized.
- If you are hired, relevant information moves into your employee record under applicable HR policies.
- If you do not wish to be included in the talent pool, email us after applying and we will handle your request once your identity is verified.
7. How we protect it
We apply tiered access permissions, encryption in transit and data minimization, and only authorized recruitment staff can view your information. No system is completely secure. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will notify you and report to regulators as required by law.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, copy, correct and supplement your personal information, to request deletion, to withdraw consent, and to ask us to explain our processing rules. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send requests to hr.recruit@mctech.ai and include the name and email address used when applying so we can verify your identity. We will reply within 15 business days. If you believe our processing infringes your lawful rights, you may also complain to a competent authority.
9. Cookies and website analytics
Our websites use Google Analytics and Baidu Tongji (Chinese site only) to understand traffic and improve pages. These tools may use cookies and collect anonymous usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser; this does not affect your ability to apply.
10. Minors
This recruitment targets university students. If you are under 18, please apply with the consent and guidance of your guardian.
11. Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when laws or our business change. Updates are posted on this page with a date. For material changes we will notify applicants separately.
